Client Experience Policies
At YxNbeauty, every appointment is intentionally scheduled to provide an elevated, uninterrupted experience. To maintain this standard, the following policies are strictly enforced.

Reservation & Deposits
• A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve all appointments.
• Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of your deposit.
• Deposits are applied toward your total service balance and are non-refundable.

Timeliness & Arrival
• Clients are expected to arrive promptly at their scheduled appointment time.
• A 10-minute grace period is extended as a courtesy.
• Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will incur a $15 late fee.
• Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in automatic appointment cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Repeated late arrivals may result in future booking limitations.

Cancellations & Adjustments
• All appointment changes must be submitted no less than 48 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations are treated as a no-show therefore deposit will not transfer to future bookings.

No Call / No Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive without prior communication will:
• Risk permanent booking restrictions. No exceptions will be made.

Guest Policy
• To preserve a calm and professional environment, no additional guests are permitted.
• Failure to comply may result in appointment rescheduling.

Lace Units & Color Services

Only accepting transparent and Hd lace.
• All lace units, closures, frontals and color services requiring customization must be dropped off a minimum of 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment. A 50% deposit is due at the time of drop-off.
• Late unit drop-offs may result in appointment rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.
• Same-day lace customization or color services are offered for an additional fee.

*If you decide to purchase hair or lace units from me please contact me at least 5days in advance to be sure I have the exact texture and lengths you want.

Final Payment
• Remaining balances are due in full on the day of service.
Services will not be rendered without full payment.

Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.

These policies are in place to protect both the client experience and the integrity of the brand.
